After a lot of sweating with my manual cast iron grinder and baking the dark Danish bread I finally decided to buy a kitchen mixer. Tangs – kitchen supply store in Singapore – had a 10% discount on all “Kitchen Aid” equipment and that was just too tempting. So now even Karina has no excuses for helping me out baking bread
